We have used a unique patented process that tightly bonds insect protection deep into the fabric fibres of our Ripstop Combos.
Our tests show that there is approximately 92% of the treatment remaining after 6 months of weathering and 25 detergent washes. EPA approved treatment can remain effective for 2-3 years.
- Poly/Cotton blend with approximately 70% polyester and 30% cotton. Polyester adds the strength and longevity of your rug, while the cotton is a great porous fabric. We have found this to be the best blend of strength and absorption and resistant to ripping and tearing.
- Our Combo has attached neck piece.
- Our superior design with contoured backline and double cross surcingles ensure this rug stays in place.
- Extra length in neck for comfort.
- Better fitting options at the chest to allow for more adjustment and to help prevent creep back, which leaves exposed buckles against horses skin.
- Quality webbing and heavy duty buckles.
- Extended chest & shoulder dart lining protection to alleviate rubbing.
- Extended fleece on wither pressure point to help prevent oedemas which are a common problem caused by poorly designed rugs.

Within Australia we deliver all our orders via Australia Post - orders will be charged a flat rate of $15 AUD for Standard Australia Post.
If orders are received before 1pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day, it will be sent on that day. We try hard to deliver your order within 2 days but it will be longer if you live in a remote area.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to exchange your product for a credit note on the strict conditions that it is: Within 30 days of purchase. The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Must have all tags still attached. The receipt must be included with the return. Once your return is received at our store you will be issued with a Credit Note Voucher via email, which will allow you to repurchase any item of your choice. We regret that Saddleworld is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.
